2. Products
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every card. As most trading cards are pre-owned, minor differences may occur.
Card condition is judged using our own grading standards.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Prices may change at any time but won't affect orders that have already been placed.
4. Orders
Your order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.
We may cancel an order if:
An item is out of stock.
There is a pricing error.
We suspect fraud or misuse.
Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
5. Payment
Payment must be received before your order is dispatched.
6. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within our advertised handling time.
Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.
7. Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return if you change your mind.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs where appropriate.
We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
